  • Assist in the selection of a payroll provider or coordinate with existing provider
  • Coordinate initial set-up
  • Process employee time sheets and input time into payroll system
  • Coordinate new hire reporting
  • Distribute payroll checks
  • Process garnishments and deductions
  • Ensure tax liability is communicated to client
  • Distribute W-2 forms (annual)
